Pearl Street provides turnkey energy upgrades for commercial, institutional, healthcare and government facilities. The Services are informational, except that users may submit information through the Contact form to ask questions or request follow-up about Pearl Street’s services.

  • Through the Services, including the Contact form.
  • In communications between you and Pearl Street relating to the Services, including email or other electronic communications that you send to us.

We use WordPress, Divi, WP Job Manager CSS, jQuery, WordPress core libraries, site assets, Contact Form 7, and Formlayer to operate, display, secure, and improve the Services and support the Contact form. We do not intentionally use Contact Form 7 or Formlayer to record keystrokes or collect Contact form contents before submission unless we provide additional notice and obtain consent where required.
  • Google Fonts. We use Google Fonts to display fonts on the Services if fonts are loaded from Google-hosted domains. In that case, Google may receive technical information associated with the font request, such as IP address, browser information, and the page requesting the font.
  • Analytics tools. We may use Google Analytics, if enabled, to measure Website use and improve the Services. Where required by law, we will load Google Analytics only after you consent to analytics cookies.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, device settings, and any cookie controls we make available on the Services. You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or other tools provided by Google to limit Google Analytics collection.

The Contact form may collect your name, business email address, telephone number, mailing address, organization name, message content, your IP address, date and timestamp of submitted message and any other information you choose to provide. We use Contact form information to respond to inquiries, provide requested information about Pearl Street’s services, evaluate potential service opportunities, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not intentionally use session replay tools, chat tools, advertising pixels, fingerprinting technologies, or other technologies to record the contents of your communications with us through the Services unless we provide additional notice and obtain consent where required. We also do not intentionally collect Contact form contents before you submit the form unless we provide additional notice and obtain consent where required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Contact form information. No website, transmission method, or electronic storage system is completely secure, so you should avoid submitting sensitive information through the Contact form.
