Google Analytics. Google Analytics is used only to measure website use and improve the Services. Where required by law, Google Analytics will load only after you consent to analytics cookies. Google Analytics may collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, search queries, time spent on pages, referring pages, and general interactions with the website. You may opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or other tools provided by Google.
Google Fonts. If Google Fonts are loaded from Google-hosted domains, Google may receive technical information associated with the font request, including IP address, browser information, and the URL of the page requesting the font. Google uses this information to deliver the font and operate the Google Fonts service.
Vendor Use Limitation. Service providers and vendors that receive data through the technologies described above may use that data only to provide services to Pearl Street or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not authorize vendors to use data collected through our website for their own independent marketing or advertising purposes.
CIPA and Online Tracking Safeguards
Pearl Street is committed to protecting the privacy of communications made through the Services. Consistent with the California Invasion of Privacy Act (“CIPA”) and similar laws:
- We do not intentionally use session replay tools, chat tools, advertising pixels, fingerprinting technologies, or other technologies to record the contents of your communications with us through the Services unless we provide additional notice and obtain consent where required.
- We do not intentionally collect Contact form contents before you submit the form unless we provide additional notice and obtain consent where required.
- We do not intentionally record keystrokes, partial entries, or form analytics from the Contact form before submission.
- We do not use tools designed to intercept, eavesdrop on, or tap communications in transit between your device and our servers.

No Sale or Sharing for Behavioral Advertising
Pearl Street does not sell personal data. Pearl Street does not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
